Do Roman Catholic Priests Still Require Conversion to Get Married?
I’m curious if Roman Catholic priests are still requiring protestants who marry Catholics to convert and promise to raise their children Roman Catholic in order to get married? This happened to my aunt. Her parents are Methodists, but she had to convert in order to marry her third husband. (I won’t get into the first 2 husbands since it is very personal and sad, but I’ll say that wasn’t the issue)
